the hotel is close to the cavern club.. it is a one minute walk. the staff helped store my luggage before check-in. the room had both shampoo and soap available.
i didn't find a fridge or freezer for food storage. there were no utensils provided.

The location was very central, near Mathew Street. The staff members were friendly and helpful from the start. It was easy to reach out to them using WhatsApp, and the private bathrooms in shared rooms. I could book a towel for only 3 pounds.
The showers did not have hot enough water. The hair dryer turned off mid-usage. There was no fan to combat the heat.

The noise at night was a real issue. i couldn't sleep because the music from the pubs outside was so loud. ear plugs were in the room. But they didn't help much. i felt exhausted the next day.

The location was easy to reach from the train station and near all that Beatles history.
The check in was confusing because there were no staff around. I had to figure it out myself using a machine, and this was annoying.
